Join Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, Veronica Clark for a weekend of cleansing, clearing, and rejuvenating. Three workshops over the course of 2 days, 10 hours total, designed to help you attain optimal health according to the traditions of Ayurveda.
Each workshop includes:
Yoga session to balance a specific dosha,
Workbook including recipes,
Essential oil samples, and
Ayurvedic teas and treats.
COURSE 1: INTRO TO AYURVEDA

Learn about ayurveda, explore its connection to yoga, and discover your dosha (individual nature) while exploring other essential Ayurvedic Maps. Feast on the “six tastes” in a tri-doshic lunch.
Learn strategies to improve eating habits, stoke the fires of “agni” to improve digestion, reduce bloating, gas, constipation, and mental-sluggishness, so you can feel vibrant and energized.
COURSE 2: CREATING DAILY RITUALS DINACHARYA AND MEDITATION

Daily rituals (also referred to as routines) are a mainstay in an Ayurvedic lifestyle. Learn how to create daily, sustainable rituals that will help reduce stress, increase energy, and allow us to maintain mind-body balance.
COURSE 3: AWAKENING THE GURU

Anchor the energetic transformation of this weekends teachings through meditation, movement, and mantra to awaken the powerful energy of the creative forces within each of us. Deepen your understanding of Yoga and Ayurveda through elevated practice. Learn to adjust your practice through sounds and senses. Specific postures based on the seasons, the time of day, or the season of life.
